About Patrick Mahomes
Patrick Mahomes is the quarterback other quarterbacks get measured against. He plays for the Kansas City Chiefs, and his game is the reason so many football conversations start with his name: the throws from angles that should not work, the calm when a drive is falling apart, the sense that the play is never quite over while he has the ball.
On New Heights he fits right in. Travis Kelce is his teammate, so the conversation has the easy shorthand of two people who have won together and ribbed each other through it. Mahomes comes across as funny, competitive and unbothered by the noise around him — which is exactly why his podcast appearances travel so far.
